Bruce Paquin founded SCIF Solutions™, Inc., Secured Rooms, Inc. and NISPOM Help, Inc as the next step in his lifelong military career, including over 12 years as a leader in the security and intelligence world. 

Bruce began his career serving in the US Navy aboard NAS Glynco, GA, U.S.S. John F. Kennedy and at NAS Cecil Field, FL, NAS Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and other key locations as an Air Traffic Controller.  While in the Navy, Bruce served with the National Narcotics Border Interdiction System (NNBIS) as an Intelligence Officer beginning in 1985. Working in conjunction with other officers, Bruce was responsible for the apprehension of narcotics smuggled into the United States and received a number of awards for his efforts.  After retiring from the Navy with 20 years of service, he went on to teach high school before joining the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) where he was a Criminal Investigative Analyst responsible for tracking down fugitives and pedophiles.

Bruce then moved into the Immigration and Nationalization Service at Dulles International Airport where he worked as an Immigration Inspector before transferring to the Department of Defense, Defense Security Service (DSS) as an Industrial Security Specialist (ISS).  In this capacity he was responsible with insuring that the facilities in his charge complied with the NISPOM and other Federal regulations. He was fully qualified as an ISS, taking all classes and training provided by DSS--too many to list here.

Bruce left DSS in 2004 to form SCIF Solutions™ Inc. 

His status as a Vietnam-era Disabled Veteran makes all of his companies a good vendor choice to meet your government requirements.   Bruce also holds an AS in Management, a BS in Aeronautical Science and a Masters Degree in Aviation Aerospace Management from Emery-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Bruce’s years of experience and education are particularly useful as he works with your organization to design and implement your SCIF project to fit your specific requirements, or help you acquire the skills and knowledge to become a Facility Security Officer (FSO) through NISPON Help.

Also, Bruce recently became a grandfather for the first time! Understanding the safety concerns of families is one reason why his Secured Rooms division offers the Family Fortress line of weather/hurricane and safe rooms.

Anne Cross
V.P. Business Development

Anne Cross brings 20+ years of marketing, technical and account management experience to SCIF Solutions, Inc. and Secured Rooms, Inc.  Anne joined us from the Information Technology industry, where she has developed marketing materials and campaigns for print, Internet, radio, television and trade shows since 1986.

In addition to her marketing activities she has designed large hardware and software systems, created and conducted training seminars and worked with customers in diverse industries to implement major accounting and manufacturing computer systems.

Prior to her computer experience she was a marketing specialist for the cable television and hotel industries where she developed marketing and training materials, advertising campaigns and local television programming.

Anne looks forward to helping document the specifications for your project and the action plan for a smooth implementation.
